How do I find products or companies?
Use the search on the home page or open the Catalog. Narrow results with the filters: category, company type, region and price range.
How do I send a free request (RFQ)?
Click "Submit a request", describe what you need and enter your company name and email. No registration is needed and it is 100% free. After an administrator reviews it, matching companies can see your request.
Where do I see the replies?
Log in or sign up to see replies in "My requests". After sending a request you can register and attach it to your account.
How do I contact a company?
Use the "Contact supplier" button on a product or company page to chat on the platform. Phone numbers are not shown publicly.
How does payment work?
The platform does not process payments. You agree on price, terms and payment directly with the company.
Can I trust a company?
Every company is reviewed by an administrator before publication. Still, agree on terms in writing before ordering.
How do I add my company?
On the sign-up page choose "Company", fill in your account and company details and confirm your email with the code. Once an administrator approves it, your company goes live.
Is listing paid?
Listing is free for the first 3 months.
How do I add a product?
In your panel open "My products" and add a new one: name, category, photos, wholesale and retail price, minimum order, description.
How do I reply to buyer requests?
In the "Requests" section of your panel you will see matching requests. Open one, send your reply and continue in chat.
How do I complete my profile?
In "Profile" add your logo, description, industry, region and certificates. A complete profile builds trust.
Is my phone number visible?
No. Phone numbers are not shown publicly; contact goes through the platform chat and requests.
What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. We will email you a code that lets you set a new password.
