1. General provisions

YaBozor (the "Platform") is an online service where companies publish information about their products and buyers find and contact them. By using the Platform you accept these terms.

The Platform is an information intermediary and is not a seller, buyer or party to transactions between users.

2. Registration and account

• Provide accurate information. You are responsible for your password and for actions taken in your account.
• New companies are published after administrator review. The administrator may refuse publication or block an account if these terms are violated.

3. Posting products and requests

• Information about products, prices, minimum orders and lead times must be accurate and up to date.
• It is forbidden to post goods prohibited by law, false or misleading information, third-party materials without usage rights, or spam.
• Do not include phone numbers or external contacts in descriptions and requests: communication takes place through the platform chat.
• The administrator may edit, hide or delete materials that violate these terms.

4. Transactions and payment

The Platform does not accept payments and does not take part in settlements. Price, deadlines, delivery, payment and responsibility for fulfilling agreements are determined directly between buyer and seller.

We recommend verifying your counterparty and putting agreements in writing.

5. Listing fees

For new companies, the first 3 months of listing are free. Terms after the free period will be announced in advance. When a subscription ends, the company may stop being displayed on the platform.

6. Liability

The Platform does not guarantee the quality of goods, the accuracy of information provided by users, or that the parties will fulfill their obligations. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from users' actions.

We strive for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee the absence of failures and interruptions.

7. Privacy

Users' phone numbers are not shown publicly on the site. See the "Privacy" section for details.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. By continuing to use the Platform after changes, you accept the new version.
